Temp Employee Policies & Procedures

Timesheet

  1. Download timesheet from http://www.a1jobs.com/timesheet.pdf
  2. Complete all Employee Information
  3. Record hours worked remembering to subtract for Lunch and sign after “Employee Signature.”
  4. Total hours worked at the end of the week and have your Supervisor sign after “Customer Signature” and complete Customer Information section.
  5. Fax timesheet to 216-896-0688 at the end of the week.
  6. Payroll is done on Monday morning.  If we do not have your signed timesheet by 8:30 AM Monday morning, you will not be paid until the following week.  It is your responsibility to get your completed timesheet in.
  7. Paychecks are mailed on Mondays.  If Monday is a holiday, paychecks will be mailed on the next business day.

 

 

Return the following to All Star:

All paperwork must be completed and received before your first paycheck can be issued.

  1. Completed W-4 and Ohio Withholding forms
  2. Completed I-9
  3. Copy of Driver’s License and Social Security Card (or birth certificate)

Note:  A Passport would be acceptable instead of Driver’s License and Social Security Card
