hours worked remembering to subtract for Lunch and sign after “Employee
Signature.”
- Total
hours worked at the end of the week and have your Supervisor sign after
“Customer Signature” and complete Customer Information section.
- Fax
timesheet to 216-896-0688 at the end of the week.
- Payroll
is done on Monday morning. If we do
not have your signed timesheet by 8:30 AM Monday morning, you will not be
paid until the following week. It
is your responsibility to get your completed timesheet in.
- Paychecks
are mailed on Mondays. If Monday is
a holiday, paychecks will be mailed on the next business day.
Return the
following to All Star:
All paperwork must be completed and received before your
first paycheck can be issued.
