Property Manager

Responsibilities include:

Will be responsible for managing 4-7 industrial properties in the Massilon area.

Now being used as warehouse space, distribution and light manufacturing and a freezer building for frozen foods.

There is 800, 000 sq ft of space for one property.

Negotiating leases, meeting with tenants, create good tenant relations and tenant renewals. Meet with contractors and negotiate with vendors. Assist with buildouts.

The position will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with tenants, budget , property inspections, property maintenance and supervision of maintenance personnel, service contract administration and vendor relationships, lease administration, accounts receivable at the property level, interaction and support of the leasing effort, and interaction and support of tenant construction projects.

The successful candidate will have solid written, verbal, interpersonal, and leadership skills, and be able to handle the demands of multi site property management responsibilities in an organized and detailed manner.

Should be an energetic “hands on” type manager with some experience in commercial and/or industrial property management.

A Bachelors degree or equivalent and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Real Estate license is a plus.

Will work 2-3 days a week in the Richfield area and 2-3 days a week in the Mansfield area.
