An accountant with 20 years of experience.  She has experience in property management and public accounting.

From 12/00-8/04, she worked for a management company as one of 2  Accountants.  She worked on mostly commercial buildings, 8 strip malls, warehouses and 3 residential HUD properties.  Work included A/P, A/R, collections, CAM, RET, insurance year end reconciliation, budgets, financial statements, auditing accounts and billing.

She then worked from 8/04-7/05 at a regional public accounting firm as a Staff Accountant.  She did preparation of financial statements for clients in manufacturing, food service, nursing homes and unions. This included monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting work and various tax returns for both corporate and personal.

Since 7/05, she has been a Controller for a club.  She does all the accounting for a membership base of 400. Duties include financial statements, journal entries working on Great Plains system, payroll using ADP, A/P, A/R, budgets forecasting inventory and H.R. duties as needed.
