He has 11 years of real estate experience.  He worked 2 years at an Industrial Property Management company as an Accountant. The company was owned by 3 high profile partners.  They owned large industrial properties and converted them to retail tenants.  His responsibilities included: managing daily operations, lease administration, managed capital projects, reconciled daily receipts, CAM billings and reconciliations, reports, financial statement prep, cash management, tenant relations and banking relations.

He has good computer skills in MRI, Yardi, Timberline and Great Plains.
