From 10/06-10/07, she worked for a large commercial management company as a Commercial Property Manager for 3,000,000 sq. ft. of industrial properties for 47 tenants.

Her responsibilities included, lease expansions, build-outs, tenant improvements, inspections, monthly variance reports and yearly budgets for each property.

Previously, from 11/04-9/06, she worked for a property management company as an on-site Property Manager of 330 residential units.

From 8/01-10/04, she worked for Fifteen Asset Management in Florida as a Regional Vice President. She managed 3 properties in the South West area of the U.S. She monitored site managers to ensure HUD compliance, occupancy and financial performance.
