Commercial Real Estate Accountant with a BS in Business Administration from Youngstown State in 2003.

Since graduation, he has been working for a large real estate development company.  He started in 10/04 as one of 20 Lease Accounting Analysts.  He was responsible for multiple shopping centers, monthly expense recovery/reimbursement analysis. tenant billing for CAM, insurance and real estate tax expenses, yearly reimbursement budget and year end reconciliation and reviewed leases to set up their reimbursements of expenses to the landlord.  He was promoted in 10/05 to Corporate Account.  He is responsible to maintain and reconcile several general ledger balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis, corporate budgeting, re-forecasting and variance analysis for revenue and expenses, prepares annual budget for insurance premium expense for several large shopping centers.

Experienced with MS Office and MRI software.
