From 9/07-2/09, he worked for a regional CPA firm as a Sr. Audit In-Charge.  He planned, supervised and performed attestation engagements and accounting projects for various size manufacturing, retail, service, not for profit and financial clients.

He planned, performed and evaluated risk-control test work for SOX 404 procedures.  He prepared formats of financial statements including comparative and consolidation with footnotes and notations.

From 9/05-9/07, he worked for KPMG as a Sr. Audit In-Charge while living in Michigan.

He planned, managed and performed various stages of financial statement risk assessment, for DaimlerChrysler Motors and other manufacturing and financial clients.

He is open to Public or Corporate accounting (Assistant Controller, Internal Audit) and limited travel.
